Ordered online and it was delivered quickly. Easy to replace the broken latch and now I am good to go! Impressed with the quality of the cooler when taking the old latch off; the metal inserts make the latch screws hold well. I have to admit it was a concern beforehand but I am very happy with the fit and finish. Took less than a minute to replace and now I have a like new cooler!

Unfortunately the clasp on my chilli mousse broke and it wasn’t getting as good of a seal as it normally does so I contacted chilli moose and without hesitation a new part was sent to me within days and the cooler was back up and running like brand new… Great products… Great service!

Broke the clasp on my Harbour Bucket. Email Chilly Moose when this broke and within 4 days they had shipped a new clasp to fix the lid. Would recommend Chilly Moose to friends and family.

1) don’t overstuff your cooler
2) don’t try to force it to lock when you have overstuffed it
3) if you force it and your latch breaks, contact the Awesome folks a Chilly Moose…..
4) they will send you the parts you need for a reasonable price and get the cooler up and running again
5) re-load cooler…..without over stuffing and check to make sure the latch works
6) drink the cold beer out of the cooler and repeat…..
