Shipping policy

Due to ongoing Canada Post Strike, some of our orders may experience delivery delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and assure you that we're actively working to minimize any disruptions to our fulfillment service.

To ensure timely deliveries, we are working with reliable alternate carriers across Canada. However, shipments to remote and rural locations—including the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon—may still experience extended transit times as these areas primarily rely on Canada Post services.

To help your order reach you as quickly as possible:

  • Please double check your shipping address with placing orders.

  • Avoid using P.O. boxes and please provide a street address. Most carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

SHIPPING

Please allow time for the carrier to receive your order's tracking information. Delivery time begins when the package is picked up by the carrier, not when the shipping label is created.

DUE TO THE EXTRAORDINARY HIGH VOLUME OF PACKAGES BEING PROCESSED BY CANADA POST AND OTHER COURIERS, DELIVERY TIMES ARE A LITTLE LONGER THAN NORMAL. 

Chilly Moose fulfills your order within 2 - 3 business days of receipt. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of our shipping partners. Chilly Moose does not have control over third-party shipping partner delivery times and estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. The chosen shipping courier may change without notice due to shipping volumes and courier availability. To track your order, please use the tracking number provided in the shipping email from us. Selected shipping method and/or services may change without notice. 

FREE SHIPPING

Chilly Moose offers free shipping on all online orders over $40.00 before taxes, with some exceptions. Free shipping is not applicable for orders going to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, and Newfoundland & Labrador. In the event that the actual calculated cost of shipping is 35% or more of the pre-tax order amount, the customer will be contacted by our Customer Service team and additional shipping charges may apply.

Chilly Moose does not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
